We're looking for amazing TEAM LEADERS 

We’re seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our fast-growing organisation! 

 

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising client groups and ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and support. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating the values and behaviours that are essential to Explore Social.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead support staff and client groups on activities and events

• Assist with the creation of events and activities 

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services that meet client needs and expectations

• Develop and implement individual support plans for clients

• Participate in staff training and development programs

• General administration duties 

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care or support environment

• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (essential) 

• Working with children's check (essential)

• Australian Driver’s Licence 

• Knowledge and understanding of the issues facing people living with disabilities

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to motivate and support staff and clients, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• A passion for delivering high-quality care and support services
