We are a partnership that has combined over 10 years in the disability support industry and have decided to follow our passion and created Explore Social. A positive and empowering environment for young adults from a diverse range of abilities to connect on a social level as well as exploring their skills, interests and creating new and long lasting relationships with peers and support staff in a community based setting.
Hi, I'm Louella…
With over seven years experience in the disability industry as well as qualifications in aged and disability care, I am very passionate about what I do and believe that it is really important to love your job. I have worked with a wide range of people in different environments and care deeply about the importance of independence, developing skills and getting the most out of life in all aspects. I am a busy mum of two Young boys and love to make the most out of each day, whether it be spending time outdoors participating in sports, going to social activities or catching up with friends, above all I enjoy being a mum and looking after my children as well as others in a supportive role and ensuring everybody has a fair go and can feel safe and happy living life.

Hi, I'm Jess...
I have been in the disability industry for over 7 years, as well as having personal experience with disability. I have a passion for empowering those around me to reach their full potential and I believe that social skills are paramount to good mental health.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree, where I majored in behavioral science and this is where my passion for both mental health and working with people with disabilities begun.
Im a Mum of both a girl and boy, who have shown me how satisfying a busy life can be.
I am passionate about providing a safe and positive space for people to both gain new skills and make new friends.
